How should an owner choose between the Cayman Islands and Guernsey?Link to this section

The Cayman Islands or Guernsey is answered from the operating plan: whether the aircraft flies privately or commercially, which certificate it flies under, and where it will be imported, based and financed. Those facts belong to the owner rather than to either registry, and a specialist can test both against them.
